Rooms are spacious and impeccably clean, with excellent club-level amenities. however, the dining experience fell short, particularly the breakfast options. While some beef dishes were favorable, overall food quality in the restaurants could be improved. The hotel provides special furniture for guests post-surgery, adding an accommodating touch, but the breakfast offerings lacked variety and flavor.

Had an amazing group trip! We enjoyed the private Club InterContinental lounge and also discovered some fantastic world cuisine nearby after a thrilling game at First Energy Stadium. The staff were friendly and made us feel right at home.
